What inspired you to be a Coach:
I have always loved the challenge of a fit and healthy lifestyle. The fact that I can live and breathe fitness with an awesome group of people, help better others’ lives and get paid for it #Dreamjob.
Experience:
I have trained for over 10 years and never stopped learning and growing. I train in a lot of different styles of fitness and love all of them.
Why train with you:
Because I can relate to most people and I like to go deeper than just fitness or just reaching a goal. Changing the way we live in a more positive way and not letting our own limiting beliefs stop us from achieving the things we want.
Something we don’t know about you:
I once tried Dragon Boating and after 2 months was offered the chance to compete in the world Champs. I had to pay for myself to get there so I never went lol.
